Salty Shower Co. Return & Refund Policy

At Salty Shower Co., we want you to be absolutely delighted with your "Salty Note" and all our self-care products. We pour our heart into creating moments of Zen, and your satisfaction is our top priority.

Please read our return policy below:

1. Our Promise: Quality & Care

We meticulously package every "Salty Note," Self-Care Kit, and Refill Bag to ensure it reaches you or your recipient in perfect condition. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help if they don't.

2. When Can You Return an Item?

You can return an item if:

  • It arrived damaged or faulty: If your product arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately.

  • You received the wrong item: If there's been an error and you received an item you didn't order.

  • Change of Mind (Unopened & Unused): If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. This applies to all products (The Salty Note, Self-Care Kits, and Refill Bags), provided they are still in their original, sealed packaging, suitable for resale.

Please Note: Due to the personal nature of our self-care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering, unless they are faulty.

3. Timeframe for Returns

  • Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us of your intention to return an unopened and unused item. Once notified, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@saltyshower.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  2. Provide Details:

    • For damaged/faulty/incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the issue.

    • For change of mind, simply state you wish to return an unopened item.

  3. Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed, including the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned item is received and inspected (and confirmed to be in a resalable condition if for a change of mind):

  • Refunds: We will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

  • Replacements: For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we can offer a replacement product, subject to availability.

6. Return Postage Costs

  • Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items: Salty Shower Co. will cover the cost of return postage for these items. We will advise you on the best way to return the item, often by providing a pre-paid label.

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
